Used to like this place since my father would frequently service his vehicle here when I grew up but I have noticed a change in the way management interact with clients, and the way they work on vehicles. They are extremely unprofessional, careless, & rude. One of the employees as the front desk (not tim - he’s courteous at times) is extremely combative and outright disrespectful. I attempted to talk about how when I purchased my tires there they said verbatim that If anything happened to the tire while I have the warranty, they would replace it (tire has tread wear) I was immediately interrupted, and almost chastised, the employee was outright laughing at what I was saying and refused to service the vehicle. I explained that if they were going to say that they would replace any tire with a warranty, they should specify the conditions instead of taking customers money. This experience is the same as when I initially got my tire ordered from them a year ago. I left my car to get a new tire and rim, and they left me the car with a broken front bumper. Instead of attempting to fix it they simply blamed their own employees. The front bumper is broken on the side, and I have yet to get it fixed from this shop. Back then I was having my car serviced for my tires since I had a pop due to a pot hole and what did they do? They INSTALLED THE TIRE BACKWARDS. They left me a car with literal holes in the tire as if I can drive that??? Not only that there was irreparable damage on the Rims! They eventually purchased new rims and tires but where combative to me as if it was my fault a technician put on the tire backward and broke my rim. In my entire life after asking all my friends I have never once heard of a mechanic that installed tires backwards…. Over all the service here is pitiful, childish, careless, and when talking to employee’s here - you tend to get disrespected. Would love to see another business take place on this lot
