Courteous, honest, reliable. I keep coming back because I can rely on the team to meet my needs. I'd rather use extra mile and no what I'm getting then save a few pennies I'm not sure if I'm getting what I pay for. I will keep coming back!

I love that Extra Mile took the time to look up to see what services we had last and to recommend the services that we should do. It had been awhile and it was our daughter's car so it was a good reminder that we need to make sure that we kept the car in good working order. The other thing I love about EM is that I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of because I am a woman and I may not know all about cars. EM is honest and fair in their pricing. Friend recommended Extra Mile. Very nice folks. Accommodating. Oil change and front/rear brakes for F250. Timely, didn’t nickel and dime me. Would liked to have given 5 stars, but forget to service washer fluid. Hopefully 5 stars next time.

Got oil changed and emissions done. When I got my car back, oil residue was on headrest, overhead liner and dashboard. Very disappointed.
