I’ve been using Extra Mike for about 4 years. I’ve never been unhappy with the service they provide. They are always open and honest about any additional services that may be necessary or due. Prices are very reasonable, too!

This is the only place we take our cars, and have done so for years. They are honest and courteous and always professional. A friend recommended them 7 years ago when we moved to Alpharetta, and we haven't gone anywhere else since. I've never once had an instance where I've not been satisfied with their work, or with what they have charged me for that work. And you can't say that about many places.

My experience when I came in for my annual car emissions inspection was positive. The team completed work in a timely manner ,fully meeting my expectations.

I went in first thing in the morning (7:30am) for an emissions test. Was told there was 1 car in front of me. 40 minutes later they finally pulled my truck in for emissions after watching them take in 3 other vehicles. Took another 15-20 minutes to do the emissions test. An hour for an emissions test is ridiculous, and to top it off, they didn’t even seem to care. No apology for the long wait or any notice of timeline. The guy that did my emissions even threw my keys on the counter with no regard to the keyfobs or airpods that were attached to my keys. Not too pleased. They really need to change the sign out front and cross off the “fast” part on the emissions sign.

We always feel like we have been given great honest service here. Family with 4 drivers and one more soon - it’s important to be able to trust. Thank you for that !!

Always a pleasant experience at Extra Mile Tire Pros. We get in and out quickly and they do a good job at a fair price.

The employees of Extra Mile are "always" friendly and accommodating. Recently I had an appointment for an oil change. Unfortunately I couldn't keep it due to an unexpected pet delay. When I called Extra Mile they were very understanding and said "Do you want to try the same tomorrow?" WOW I am so appreciative! Thank you. The whole team made my experience great.
