Staff and service were incredible. They don’t try and force you to do repairs that are not needed at this time. They explain everything that was done and what they feel you need to do in the future.

Extra Mile is the most trustworthy auto mechanic shop ever in existence; ask any of their numerous customers. Extra Mile philosophy is “The Golden Rule”, treat others as you wish to be treated, competitive pricing with timely service delivery. I would drive or toy car hundreds of miles for their service!

They really do go the extra mile. I have been using them for 4 years for 3 cars. They have always been honest, dependable, and do good work. They stand by their work.Tim at the front desk is the best! He explains everything and does his best to save you money when he can. I get my cars inspected there, too! Wish they were open Saturdays. :)

Fear sales tactics. Tightened oil filter and plug very tight. Would not recommend.

With 5 drivers in the family we’ve taken a lot of cars (mostly older ones) to Extra Mile over the years. I’ve always found them to be upfront, honest, reasonable and thorough. One day I hope to own fewer old and high mileage cars but until that day I’ll keep on relying on the guys at Extra Mile.

I can’t say enough about how great these guys are. They are always friendly and the service is excellent. Sometimes they’re busy and I have to wait, but that’s to be expected if I want good service. I’d be more concerned if I never had to wait. I own 5 older cars and have been to many shops in the area. Nobody beats this place.

I can’t say enough good things about Extra Mile! I have used them several times now and will continue to be a return customer. They are courteous, fairly priced, efficient and the waiting area is clean and comfortable.

They are great. I came in about 30 minutes before they closed and they helped me with what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!
