My number one choice for all the cars in our family. The group at at BOTR know what they are doing. Prices are competitive and the service is A+. Its a pleasant place to wait and family friendly. On a few occasions I have seen them tell people they don't need a particular service that was requested or a new set of tires at this time. Honest, caring, knowledgeable and just plain good to deal with!

I had a puncture and would have had a long ride home on a spare if it wasn't for the Back on the Road crew. They patched the wheel and got me back on the road in less than 10 minutes - all on the house. I will absolutely bring all of my future business to them. Highly recommended!

Terrible, took my vehicle there to replace a bolt in my rack an pinion. In less than six month time the bolt failed while I was driving and this time my rack and pinion was damage so bad it need to be full replaced. Every time I took my vehicle into this shop within a month something else fails and needs repair. I guess this is how they stay in business. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this shop or pay the price on getting scammed with many costly repairs.

Excellent customer service! Honest, reliable, friendly and, as a woman, the first shop I've been to where they DIDN'T try to get over on me. :-( Mechanics usually give me a crazy list of things that need to be done, but I know a bit about cars. I've never had to question any of the work they've done.
