TERRIBLE - WISH THAT I READ THE REVIEWS FIRST, LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE USUALLY ISSUES WITH WOMEN CUSTOMERS. I would recommend that you find somewhere else to take your vehicle for any repairs. I usually go to Toyota but thought I would give this place a chance. That was the biggest mistake ever, I went in a month ago and had them do a diagnostic on my car since the engine check light was on and I needed it fixed to get the emission test done. I was told there was an issue with the AC and it would cost me $89.99 to run the test to find out exactly what the issue was, I was also told that it may be a small leak. There was also no cost for the diagnostic test. I went on vacation for a few weeks and then came back to have the service done, I drop the car off then get a call saying that I am now $300 + in the hole for diagnostic testing (which was already done, and told there was no charge for that) and the balance for the other test I was told would cost me $89.99. Then I am told that the total bill will be $500+ to get the part plus labor. Turns out there never recorded my initial visit in the system and now they are saying that I don't have an issue with the AC that they originally told me, but instead there is something else that I need the part for. That was end of conversion for me, I told them I will pay you for your fake made up charges, but you are not doing any further work on my vehicle. I will go back to Toyota, where people are honest. Also, even if it cost more, at least I know what I am supposed to pay and it doesn't change by the hour. My advice "RUN FROM THIS PLACE, TOTAL RIP OFF"

We're long time customers, and will remain long time customers. Why? We brought my daughter's car in for an oil change. The plastic housing on her oil filter broke and there was only one replacement part in the entire state of Georgia. Her 15-minute oil change turned into a 2-day wait. Because of the inconvenience to her, Extra Mile waved all costs. We appreciate the professionalism and the courtesy demonstrated by Tim, Matthew, and the rest of the team.

Great customer service! Had me in and out in a flash. The waiting area is so comfy! Most definitely will come back for any of my tire needs.

Poor service! I came into the shop for an oil change and left with a headache. Where do I start. First, I came in for my routine oil change and signed for a charge of 56.99 which was totally fine. As I am waiting for my car, I am told that I need an alignment. I'd just had new tires put on my vehicle so I thought that was pretty odd. Nonetheless, I declined that service and continued to wait on my car. Finally, my car is ready and now there is a new price listed for my oil change 71.00. I ask why the price has increased when clearly I signed my name on the predetermined bill for 56.99. I am told that they used synthetic oil and that caused the increase. I come to this place regularly and I am always given synthetic blend. Still, I do not argue, I simply pay the 71.00. Next, I am given my car remote and it is broken. So now I am irritated because it wasn't broken when I gave it to them. Not only is it broken, the middle piece is missing so buttons can't be pressed. The guy at the front desk nonchalantly pops it back on like there nothing wrong with it and I am explaining to him the pieces are still missing and it was fine when I handed it to him. Finally after waiting ten minutes, they find the piece which he says was in my car but I locked my car door with the remote prior to coming inside the place so that was explanation was unethical. Finally, I leave out get in my car, and look to the right and guess what I see? One of the mechanics left there disgusting rag on the passenger seat of my car. I simply took it back in and handed to the guy. I've never so disappointed in service. The worst part is I actually used to like this place. I've been coming here for a little over a year now and I have referred a lot of my colleagues to this place because we all in the area and it is convenient and I thought it the employees were trust worthy. I honestly felt like they were trying to make more money off of me by telling me I needed an alignment and then when I declined going up on the oil change. No one apologized for anything and that's sad. So, in the end they made an additional 15.00 but lost a customer and I have informed my colleagues. Great job guys!

I usually HATE going into tire stores because most of them smell like, well....TIRES, and are industrial looking and cold. But not THIS place! Not only do they have great, fast service at a reasonable price, I don't mind waiting there because of the warm lodge-like atmosphere. Big comfy leather chairs, flat screen tv's, wifi, coffee maker, clean bathroom, kids enclosed play area. I'm probably the only one there to pick up the newspaper or an actual magazine to read, or try to start a conversation with a person instead of my phone. And if it's going to take longer than expected, there's a really good Mexican restaurant next door where I can meet a friend to pass the time.

This is one of the best places to have your car serviced. Bill is a great man to talk to and very informative. I highly recommend this place.
