We came here to get our car fixed after breaking down. They said if we fixed everything wrong with the car (about $2000 worth of work), my car would have another 100k miles of life left in it with regular maintenance. Well, less than 2 months later, I tried to turn on my car and it wouldn't start at all. We got it towed back here and they called me later in the week and they said my car was not drivable and I needed to buy a new car! We then got it towed to a different mechanic, and after a thorough inspection he told us that all it needed were new spark plugs. Car runs great. We go back to Extra Mile and they tell us that even though the car is running great, it failed the block test so it was only a matter of time until it broke down again. Well, we then got two additional block tests and the car passed with flying colors. We feel mislead and taken advantage of. The only good thing about this experience is they did refund us $100 for our time.
