Love the customer service at Extra Mile Tire Pros. Prompt, efficient, polite and work with their customer to meet their timeframes.

Everything explained to me was done in a timely manner. However, when I picked it up I noticed grease on the outside of my door as well as inside especially on my floor mat.

Was hoping to find a new place to get my oil changed after moving to the area. Waited for over an hour at this place after they told me they could get the job done. So disappointed in the customer service here as I was not greeted upon arrival until 10+ minutes (with multiple people around the office) and then the disrespect the techs had of my time. If they could not have fit me in, I would have rather them told me that and I could have made an appointment to come back. Instead, I will be taking my business else where as my car sat without moving for an hour and my time has been completely wasted! Upon my inquiry after an hour, the guy just walked out on the floor, got my key, and handed it back to me. Not sure why he was surprised at my confusion as the service had not been completed. Infuriated, I just walked out. Someone seriously needs to educated this staff on customer service!

These guys are spot on, the real deal. They truly do go the extra mile when it comes to customer service and I know b/c I've had many issues with my truck since I moved here. I recommend these guys to every one I talk to, bring your vehicle here with confidence and welcome to the 'easy' button when it comes to auto repair.

Phil was extremely rude. Insinuated they did more than just emissions and that they did emissions primarily for the convenience of their regular customers. Ask me if I ever bought my car there for other things like oil changes. Said all of this in the presence of another customer. I won't go back there.

Very professional and always willing to do whatever to help get our car back on the road. I recommend to anyone looking for a great place to take their car for service and/or repair.
