Great Staff

I’ve been customer for many years and have referred many of friends and colleagues to this amazing establishment. I’ve never had a bad experience and the service is second to none with great honesty. It feels like your part of a family! Tim and Bill are the centerpiece and you’re lucky to have them.

I’ve been going here for about 12yrs. They serviced my Honda minivan until it died. I purchased a new Yukon at Started having it serviced at Carl Black. After several run ins with the service manage (who knew nothing about customer service) I returned to Extra Mile. Tim and Bill always go the extra mile for me. They are honest and helpful with their customers. If I need a ride home they’ll do that. They prorate tires And batteries that never last as long as a manufacturer says they will. I highly recommend these guys. They will always make it right.
