I have been working with this shop for the past 10 years and they have always been professional, reliable and quick. Most recently in the stay at home situation with the virus, they came to my house and picked up my car for the work that it needed. Support your local, small Businesses!

To the Owner: I have been patronizing this auto service since 2005 when it was Back on the Road. I have noticed drastic changes since the change of ownership.The most drastic change is the amount of up selling. I have heard Jason on numerous occasions on the phone and in person up selling mechanical work. I was in today to receive a quote of $920 for some work to be done on my fuel sensor to pass emissions. I was leery of the extravagant cost. I received two other quotes of right around $500 for the same job. This is quite disappointing of the amount of price gouging. It is quite obvious to me that the mission of the shop has changed. I would rethink how the business operates.

Bill and Tim always provide great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere at Extra Mile. We have trusted them to do all the service and tire work on our family’s vehicles for many years...from Fords to Porsches, they can handle it all and at a great value. Jason really helped out getting the best price for new tires recently, too!

Worked with Jason. He was very friendly and kept me informed constantly on my status. I still have the repair to be performed but expect excellent service with it as well. I can depend on these folks. I drive a 20 year old MDX. And the little vixen is still purring. I want a new car but they have kept it in such good shape I can’t justify it yet. I guess they are turning it into a classic.

Bill and the staff are super nice and professional. They check everything throughly, inform you of the issue and do not make you feel pressured to do anything extra. The waiting area has comfy chairs to sit and wait. The most important for me is that it’s kid friendly. There is a kid area with toys and books and coffee/snacks/water. I highly recommend Extra Mile Tire Pros!
