If I could give a negative rating, I would. This place is awful. They are brainless and have no backbone or integrity. I should have written this many months ago when the initial problem began. At the beginning of 2016 my daughter brought her car here for a 100,000 mile service. She had already purchased tires and had oil changes & various things taken care of here. Once, when her Explorer was there she had asked them to leave the keys in the car so that she could pick it up after hours. They did, but they locked the car and we had to drive 25 miles each way to get the extra set to get her car home. The next day when she went to get her keys, the coward who was responsible hid in the back & made Bill, the manager give her the keys. Then in February, she stopped in for a last minute oil change before getting on the road for a 6 hour drive to say goodbye to her dying grandmother. They guy at the desk said they would do it but not while she waited because they were too busy at that time. Are you kidding me?? Please tell me what is more important than being able to say goodbye to a dying grandmother. She took her car elsewhere, where they changed her oil right away with no problems. She called to tell me what had happened. I was livid. I took the time to stop in there to tell them exactly what I thought. My daughter had purchased some type of reward card with various discounts, etc., including oil changes. It was $100. Once I told Bill why I was there, he made excuses. Obviously, I was upset. He asked me to step outside, to avoid anyone over hearing what I was saying. He apologized but I told him I really didn't care. I demanded the $100 back. He had someone credit my account. This guy never spoke. He had assisted me & my daughter in the past but suddenly was speechless. Whatever, I was DONE. I told them I would never be back. Fast forward to the current time, and the motor in my daughter's car was just replaced. Why? Because of a faulty clamp on a hose that would have been part of the 100.000 mile service. Now we are $2k in to a new motor. Before labor. Unbelievable. I would not ask them for assistance if I broke down in front of their shop. They cannot fix a sandwich never mind a car. Do yourselves a favor and seek out a true repair center with genuine people who really care about the quality of work they are doing.

I have nothing bad to say about this shop! Everyone that I have spoken was extremely friendly and provided great customer service. Bill, the manager is very professional and took great care of me (well my car). If and when it needed anything additional they were courteous to call ahead before they did the work as they promised. As busy as they are, they managed to keep a smile on their face. Great job guys!

Very honest, and treated me very well. Ran into some issues with my repair, and took care of me throughout the process. Would recommend Extra Mile to anyone.

I'm not sure where to begin I previously had my tire patched at Extra Mile the same tire unfortunately began to leak air, it was clear that the patched didn't take therefore air was leaking from the same patch. Considering I paid for a service it's only fair that they fix or issue a refund. When I walked into Extra Mile the manager Bill stood before me and stated "You wrote a bad review about us, why come back?" I explained I pay for a service and wanted it to be complete correctly. He stated, per his OWNER he has the right to fire customers he told me I was fired and instructed me to get out of his shop because he refuse to fixing anything considering I had written a review about Extra Mile. I stood in disbelief it took me a moment to regroup, his behavior was unacceptable, I had never been so disrespect he was extremely rude! At no point was I rude or disrespectful. I wrote a review and I'm writing another one and if Bill wants people to write good reviews then he should display good honest behavior!! I expect the level of service form anywhere. YES I previously wrote a review about my experience at Extra Mile. I'd considerate it to be a bad review at all, it was the truth. I was quoted one price over the phone when I arrived at location I was given a totally different price. I even called Bill and explain to him how disappointed I was. However it did not change the fact that I paid for a service and it was not done correctly. I called Extra Mile to confirm the price for tires installation. I was give a over the phone by Bill. When I arrive 20 minutes later a gentleman gave me a totally different price 30% more expensive. I explained to him that I had already called and was given a different price. He insisted that I had been misquote and that someone give me the wrong price. When I refused to pay the higher price he confirm with his manager, Bill the price. (which was the price given to me over the phone) What a coincidence, Bill, apologize knowing that I've had my tires installed on more than one occasion and that I had also just spoken with him over the phone. Bill, stated that the price has not changed and that the young man was new and wasn't familiar with the pricing. 1hour and 17 minutes later the gentleman came to lobby took me into the shop area and explained to me that he could not perform the service on my car due to another issues hindering him. Now of course and my brain this with complete nonsense. It appeared to me because I wasn't willing to pay a higher price they weren't willing to do the job. I explain this to Josh the cashier. He smiled trying to make things better and cashed me out for my emissions and tire patch. Still uncertain I drove over to Tires Plus where they informed me there was nothing wrong with my rim and they went ahead and install the new tires and completed an alignment. Now very upset I called and ask to speak with the manager. He explained that he did not know that tire installation was not complete. He apologize again and explain that the young man was new and came from a more aggressive environment where he's accustomed to up-selling customers. He agree that it was unacceptable and continue to apologize. Explaining that he values his customers and please come back again. Now I find it hard to believe that Bill was clueless as to what was going on. Especially when seat least than 10ft from Josh when I was explain my thoughts. Today Bill wasn't apologetic at all... He even stated in his frustration he felt because he took the time to listen to me when I called I shouldn't have not written a review about what happen, unbelievable discrimination because I wrote a review is not ok. This behavior is unacceptable..

I have never witnessed a level of such disrespect as I listen to the manager rudely greet a young lady who was obviously a previous customer. I'm not sure of the details but I know I will never do business with a company that treats their customers with such disrespectfully. It was embarrassing to say the least.

We have 4 vehicles, 3 of them have well over 100k miles. I used to split my business between Extra Mile and another shop. Over the past few years I have moved all of my business to Extra Mile. Bill and TIm know me and my wife and children by name, they keep meticulous records of what has and hasn't been done, they look for coupons they can apply to help reduce the cost. Most importantly, we have never had to go back and have something redone. They have always done the work right the first time. I trust them to keep me and my family safe on the road and they have never let us down. I have referred many of my friends and co-workers here as well.

We use them for all our oil changes and tire needs. They are upfront about what needs to be done and what can wait. They are always courteous and friendly.
