I always have such a wonderful experience here. They actually care about your vehicle and they always do such great work. I just had my oil changed and some filters replaced, but man, my vehicle always feels better after getting serviced by Extra Mile. I highly recommend them for everything. Their pricing is good, they communicate very well and I could go on and on!

Technician did a great job, but didn't immediately write the paperwork upon completion so I was left waiting for 30 minutes to pay for and retrieve the car. At that, I had to go to the counter and ask why my car was sitting in the "outgoing" section of the parking lot while I sat waiting patiently in the customer lounge. So, good technical service but poor customer service. Hopefully I won't need these guys anytime soon!
