Technician did a great job, but didn't immediately write the paperwork upon completion so I was left waiting for 30 minutes to pay for and retrieve the car. At that, I had to go to the counter and ask why my car was sitting in the "outgoing" section of the parking lot while I sat waiting patiently in the customer lounge. So, good technical service but poor customer service. Hopefully I won't need these guys anytime soon!
