Worked with Bill and he did an excellent job making sure my car was diagnosed properly, explained the details of the diagnostics well, and gave me an accurate quote for the work that needed to be performed. So far my car is running smoother and the check engine light has not come back on. If it does, I have confidence that Bill will do everything in his power to make it right.
