Great, friendly, HONEST!

Everything was done as explained and the car has not preformed this well in a long time. The cost, etc. was as explained, no surprises.

I get my car serviced at Extra Mile every year for regular maintenance/emission, etc. They are always professional, very careful in explaining all of the work they are doing and review with me any additional service my car may need at time of visit. I can always count on this team to take care of my vehicle.

The extra mile tire pro website claims they can fix anything for all makes and models. They charged my wife $90 for a diagnostic test, did not document or state anything relevant to the diagnostic on the invoice, and adding insult to injury, told us to take my car to another shop over 10 miles away for repair. I drove it down the road to a competing shop and they said they could have it fixed in four days, and, gave us a really nice loaner car.

Their prices are competitive and service is great. I just bought 4new tires for my SUV and had them installed on the same day

Once again these guys come through. I was shopping for new tires and stopped in for a quote in the morning. It was a competitive price quote and i brought my SUV in before lunch and it was finished same day!

This shop used to be great. Been taking all our family cars there since it opened and changed name three times. Lately, not great, but a long step down. Their Website claims "We fix anything All makes and models." Not true any more. I took my car back twice b/c of a bad alignment service. They charged my wife $90 for a diagnostic and recommended her to take her car to a shop in Roswell for repair; The invoice stated absolutely nothing in regards to the diagnostic. They are very friendly and courteous, and that is where it ends. Good customer relation is no substitute for poor services. Taking my cars to another nearby shop. Sorry guys.
