I am disappointed to say that this place I’ve used since 2008 has changed dramatically in how they treat their customers. We’ve spent thousands of dollars there and have recommended so many friends and colleagues with that one clear message. This repair shop is honest and transparent. I took my Range Rover there for a coolant leak. The mechanic told me there were two issues that was causing it so I told him to proceed with one of the repairs. I called back a few days later and was told it would be ready in an hour. The manager then begins to text me saying the price went up by $400 and that he would have to pass it onto to me. My response is no one ever notified me that the price was changing and I’m only going to pay what I was quoted. When I got there to pick up my car the energy and attitude from the manager was terrible and condescending. It only got worst when the owner called and did nothing to fix the issue but try to convince me to bring my car back when I don’t trust them. He then proceed to speak negatively about the previous manager Tim saying they lost money because of him. So unethical and unprofessional! So I lost $800 because my car is in worst condition after I got it back but they will never get my business again.
